What is Store Credit?

Store Credit is a virtual balance that can be used for purchases on our online store. You can earn Store Credit through specific promotions, product returns/refunds, or other offers we may provide. It allows you to shop conveniently and save on future purchases.


How to Earn Store Credit

You can earn Store Credit in the following ways:

  • Product Returns/Refunds: If you return a product or cancel an order that is eligible for store credit, we will issue the appropriate amount of store credit to your account, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Promotional Offers: From time to time, we offer store credit as part of special promotions (e.g., sign-up bonuses, referral rewards, or seasonal events).

How to Use Store Credit

To use your Store Credit:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. At checkout, the value of your Store Credit will be displayed, and you can apply your available Store Credit balance to your order.
  3. Only the full store credit amount can be applied as a payment method. If the Store Credit covers your entire order, no additional payment will be required. You cannot select a partial amount of your store credit to pay for an order.

Please note: Store Credit can only be used for purchases made on our online store and cannot be used at our physical store, pop-up booths, or on the Shop app. Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.


Expiration of Store Credit

Store Credit generally has an expiration date of one year from the date it was issued, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the promotion or programme through which it was issued. If your Store Credit expires, any remaining balance will be forfeited. We will notify you in advance before any Store Credit expires.


Restrictions and Limitations

  • Store Credit is non-transferable and can only be applied to your account.
  • Store Credit cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless specifically stated.
  • Store Credit cannot be applied to shipping costs, taxes, or previous purchases.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with Store Credit will be issued as Store Credit, not cash or the original payment method.

Managing Your Store Credit

You can view your Store Credit balance at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the Store Credit section.
