How to Earn and Redeem Milestones

Earn Milestones with every order you place, and here's how you can redeem them:

Earn 1 Milestone for every $1 spent.
100 Milestones = $1 discount.

You can redeem your Milestones for fantastic rewards like free shipping or discount coupons when you log in to your account. The more you shop, the more you earn, and the more you save!

Celebrate a Birthday Eligibility: To qualify for birthday rewards, you must enter your birthday in your account at least 30 days in advance. Birthday rewards are limited to one redemption per year.

Please note that when redeeming birthday rewards and using them to place an order, we may request proof of identity or a birth certificate (in the case of a child’s birthday) for verification purposes. This is to ensure the reward is not being misused. If the required documentation is not provided, your order will be processed using an alternative payment method, or, if no alternative is available, the order may be cancelled.

Expiration of Membership and Milestones

Infant Membership Expiration: Infant Membership has no expiration. You can continue enjoying the benefits as long as you remain part of Niji Bébé Milestones.
Toddler and Preschool Membership Expiration: Toddler and Preschool Membership benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of your level up or renewal (last order). After 12 months, your membership will expire. To continue enjoying the perks, you'll need to meet the requirements to renew or level up to the next stage.

Example Timeline:
- 6 Oct 2024: You level up to Toddler Membership after spending $866.85 (last order).
- 6 Oct 2025: Your Toddler Membership benefits expire.
Between 6 Oct 2024 and 6 Oct 2025:
1. If your total spend (after your last order) is less than $500, your membership will revert to Infant Membership starting 7 Oct 2025.
2. If your total spend (after your last order) is between $500 and $633.14, your Toddler Membership will be renewed, and you’ll continue to enjoy Toddler Membership benefits.
3. If your total spend is $633.15 or more, your membership will level up to Preschool Membership and expire on 6 Oct 2026.
Milestones Expiration: Milestones earned will never expire, so you can continue collecting and redeeming them for discounts, free shipping, or other exclusive rewards!
