Exchange/Return Policy

All sales are final. Niji Bébé does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be considered if the item is damaged, defective, faulty, or not functioning as intended upon arrival. In these cases, please contact us at careline@nijibebe.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will review each case on an individual basis and provide further instructions if an exchange is approved.

To help expedite the process, please include:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless otherwise instructed.

Sale or "As-Is" Items

Items marked as sale or "as-is" are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances.

Final Decision and Approval

Niji Bébé reserves all rights to make the final decision on exchanges and any related requests. All cases are reviewed individually, and not all requests are guaranteed to be approved.

Condition of Items

All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange.

Processing Times

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and final resolution of your exchange, if applicable.

 

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. While we generally do not offer refunds, we want to ensure your satisfaction with Niji Bébé.

Exceptions

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, discontinued, or experiences significant delays in shipping (e.g., an additional 120 days or more), we may offer a refund for that item as an exception.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or a gift card, which can be conveniently used for your next purchase on our website. We do not issue refunds for shipping, handling, or other non-refundable fees unless otherwise specified.

Original Payment Method Refund (Optional)

If you absolutely require a refund to your original payment method, a 3.6% transaction fee will apply, which you will be responsible for.

Processing Time

We aim to process your refund request, whether via store credit or original payment method (with fee), within 3 business days of receiving your request.
