- We schedule four shipments per year, starting January 2024. If you miss a cut-off, your order will be placed in the next shipment.
- Pre-ordered items are not stocked in our Singapore warehouse. Your order will be available 6–8 weeks from the cut-off date (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak-season closures; subject to global shipping conditions).
Why pre‑order?
Some of our most loved pieces are made or shipped in small batches to ensure quality. Pre‑ordering reserves your item in the next incoming shipment.
How the timeline works
- Cut‑off date: Orders placed before a published cut‑off are batched together.
- Estimated arrival at our SG warehouse: 6–8 weeks from cut‑off, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak‑season slowdowns.
- Estimated delivery to you: 2–7 days after stock arrives (depending on courier and delivery slot).
- You’ll receive two emails: (1) order confirmation, (2) arrival + delivery scheduling.
⏳ Please note: Our 6–8 week window excludes holidays (e.g., SG public holidays, supplier‑side holidays, port closures). During these periods, shipments may pause briefly and resume right after.

- We ship together when all items arrive, to reduce packaging and cost.

Changes & cancellations
- You may amend your delivery address anytime before dispatch.
- Because stock is specially reserved for you, cancellations aren’t possible after allocation.
Payment & promotions
- Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your unit(s).
- If you have a valid code, enter it at checkout (e.g., seasonal pre‑order promos).
- One promo code per order unless otherwise stated.
Delivery & self‑collection
- Delivery: Standard courier once stock arrives in SG.
